HOW TO APPLY:-
Before applying the candidates are advised to ensure their eligibility for the post for which they intend to apply. There are two modes of submission of the application, i.e. On-Line or Off-Line. Eligible Candidates can apply in any of mode. However candidates are encouraged to apply in On-Line mode only to get e-mail confirmation of registration.

On-Line :
1. Pre-requisites for submitting applications online
a) Valid E-mail ID. The E-mail ID entered in the online application from should remain active until the recruitment is completed. No change in the e-mail ID will be allowed once entered.
b) While applying On-line, candidate should keep the scanned copy of their passport size colour photograph .jpg or jpeg file only, each less than 20 KB size) for uploading with application.
2. The candidate can access the online application from at our website www.easterncoal.gov.in ->Recruitment. The Online registration site would be open from 01/12/12 to 15/12/12.
3. After applying online, candidate is required to take a printout of the Application Form, sign at the space provided, paste recent passport size colour photograph and send to the Manager(Recruitment), Eastern Coalfields Limited, Personnel Department ,HQ,At-Sanctoria ,po-Dishergarh , Dist-Burdwan,West Bengal, Pin-713333 before 25/12/2012 along with two additional photographs, self-addressed envelope with postal stamp, copies of the testimonials, mark sheets/experience certificates, bank draft superscribing in the top of the application about the post applied for.
Off-Line :
Candidate, who doesn‟t want to submit the online application, may apply in the prescribed application format available at ECL website www.easterncoal.gov.in ->Recruitment., fill the mandatory information, paste recent passport size colour photograph, sign at space provided & send the application form to the Manager(Recruitment), Eastern Coalfields Limited, Personnel Department , HQ, At-Sanctoria , po-Dishergarh , Dist-Burdwan,West Bengal, Pin-713333 before 25/12/2012 along with two additional photographs & self-addressed envelope with postal stamp, copies of the testimonials, mark sheets/experience certificates, duly attested and bank draft.
